RG 5071 – Extension of the filing period F8117 AFIP “VAT refund for investments in fixed assets”

Dear industrialists:

You are informed that as of General Resolution AFIP 5071 the deadline to submit the web form F is extended until October 31, 2021. 8117 and the special report issued by a public accountant, by the subjects who have processed the request for refund of the unabsorbed tax credit for the year 2020, coming from the purchase, construction, manufacturing , production or definitive import of used goods – except automobiles – after 6 consecutive fiscal periods have passed.
