Resolution - MT 416/21. Modifications to the Repro II Program
This regulation establishes that the transitional provisions dictated in the Repro II Program that were applied due to prevention measures will not be extended and modifications are made from the month corresponding to the salaries accrued in the month of July 2021 Likewise, the emergency assistance program for independent workers in critical sectors is extended for the month of July.
For the July period it is established:
- Maximum amount of the benefit will be $22,000 for each employment relationship for employers in critical and health sectors.
Companies belonging to critical sectors affected by the situation have:
- 100% reduction of employer contributions destinated to the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA)
- The obligation to present a balance sheet is exempt.
- The list of critical activities is expanded (clothing, textiles, leather, footwear, electronics, appliances, furniture among others), Businesses in essential branches affected by the drop in circulation.
Independent workers (monotributistas and self-employed) may register and obtain the benefit of $22,000 per independent worker, only for those who do not have employees in a dependency relationship or have up to five employees in the gastronomy, tourism, transportation, cultural, etc. sectors. sports, hairdressers and as a requirement they must:
- Have two contributions in the last 7 months
- If you are an employer, you must comply with the indicators established by the Evaluation Committee and MonProgram testing.
Resolution - MT 420/21. Repro II Program
By this Resolution, the deadline for registration to the Repro II Program is established for the period corresponding to the salaries accrued during the month of July 2021, from July 23 to July 29, 2021 inclusive.< /p>
In addition, the guidelines to be considered to apply the pre-selection criteria are established, regarding the billing and payroll dates of the companies that register to obtain the benefit.
a) Months selected for the calculation of the interannual variation in billing required by AFIP: June 2019 and June 2021.
b) High companies: Billing should not be considered for companies started on or after January 1, 2019.
c) Month selected to determine the payroll of personnel andReference salaries: May 2021
d) Payroll cancellation update cut-off: July 22
e) CBU update cut-off: July 22 inclusive
Guidelines to consider for the Assistance Program for Independent Workers in Critical Sectors:
a) Present a reduction in billing of more than 20% in real terms, for the period June 2021 and June 2019.
