We share with you the following information linked to the Federal Program to Strengthen Productive Reactivation created from Resolution 245/2021 of the Ministry of Productive Development. Although we must wait for the respective calls with the bases and conditions to be published (once published we will update this news with them), we share the central points of the program:

• Its objective is the promotion of employment and the generation of quality jobs in the private sector, in accordance with the specific conditions established in each call. The provinces are invited to join the program through the Sewould create SMEs and Entrepreneurs.

• The beneficiaries of the Program are the companies that belong to any of the activities listed in the Annex of the aforementioned Resolution, according to their particular CLAE code (see attached Annex). In order to access the program, beneficiaries must prove net increases in the payroll of workers registered for an indefinite period and full-time.

• The benefit to be granted consists of a Non-Refundable Contribution (ANR) for each hired worker covering up to 36 consecutive monthly payments, not exceeding December 2024 (the time when the program ends). The amount of the ANR, which will be financed by FONDEP, will be established in each call based on the average salaries.ales of each geographic region of the country.

• Applications aimed at obtaining the benefit must be submitted to the provincial body designated in each case.
