AGREEMENT FOR EXTENSION OF ADIMRA-UOMRA SUSPENSIONS
We inform you that on June 24 we signed with the Metallurgical Workers Union the Agreement to Extend Suspensions within the framework of Art 223 bis of the LCT for a new period of 6 months computable from July 1 to On December 31, 2021, it was agreed under the same terms as those previously agreed upon.
We remind companies that for their application they must first comply with the adhesion procedure, once the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security issues the corresponding resolution.
DECREE 431/2021 -PROHIBITION OF DISMISSALS AND SUSPENSIONS - EXTENSION
Through Decree 431/21 published on the day of the fThe ban on dismissals without just cause and for reasons of lack or reduction of work and force majeure is extended until December 31. It also extends the prohibition of carrying out suspensions for reasons of force majeure or lack or reduction of work, remaining Excepted from this prohibition are suspensions carried out under the terms of article 223 bis of the LCT.
We remind you that the prohibitions will not be applicable to employment contracts valid after December 14, 2019.
Exceptions are those who are included in the legal work regime for construction industry personnel.
