Extension of Suspension Agreement art. 223 bis LCT
We inform you that on December 31, 2020 the Suspension Agreement expires under art 223 bis of the LCT signed on 4/28/20, valid until 7/31/20 and extended for period 1 /8/20 until 12/31/20, for this reason, and considering that the causes that generated the implementation of the exceptionality derived from the Covid-19 Pandemic and its preventive health and economic consequences continue to subject the health of the Workers and in the reactivation of Sectors and Regions of the Country, at the direction of the Directors, it was agreed between the Chambers that make up the Metallurgical Business Negotiation Unit (UNEM) and the UOMRA a new extension of the aforementioned agreement starting on the 1st from January 2021 and until 3/31/2021.
For more details, and awaiting the corresponding approvaltooth on the part of the MTEySS, we anticipate said Agreement for your information and implementation (document available at the bottom for download).
