Dear Industrialists,

We are writing to you on this occasion because the Nation's Ministry of Labor has approved the 223 bis suspension agreement agreed between ADIMRA and UOMRA. We remember that this agreement enables the suspension of workers who were not called to provide services within the framework of art. 223 bis of the Employment Contract Law, in those companies that are experiencing a pronounced drop in activity due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We subscribed two extensions with the following characteristics:

1) Period 1/1/2021-03/31/2021: approved by Resolution of the Secretary of Labor No. 448/21.

2) Period 1/4/2021-06/30/2021: approved by Resolutionion of the Secretary of Labor No. 490/21.

We clarify that since there are two extensions, each company may adhere to one, the other, or both.
