We share the following information in response to the various consultations made regarding the validity of Joint Resolution No. 4 of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security and the Ministry of Health in relation to the reincorporation to in-person activity. of workers exempted for being over 60 years old, belonging to risk groups and pregnant, excepting only workers with immunodeficiencies, oncology and/or transplants who have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. >. The Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security through the note< /a> that we attach clarified that the Joint Resolution remains in force and that the decrees of PEN 241/21 or 287/21 do not repeal it ormodify, so the regulations are complementary to Resolution 207/20 that establishes work exemption for risk groups. Consequently, personnel who have received the first dose of inoculation against Covid-19 once 14 days have passed after the application, may be summoned to perform tasks in person
