the Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of Rosario (AIM) celebrates the approval of the constitutional reform of the province of Santa Fe, which incorporates for the first time the explicit recognition of the business in the fundamental text of the province.

In the article 23 , in its last part, the new Constitution establishes:

“The province recognizes human and legal persons that generate employment in the private sphere as fundamental actors of productive and social development. It promotes and protects its activity, with special attention to micro, small and medium economic units.”

This historical achievement is the result of a joint work of the Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of Rosario and various entities, which promoted theOrder so that the role of those who invest, generate formal employment and support production has a space in the Magna Carta de Santa Fe .

From aim we emphasize that this recognition does not oppose workers' rights , but reaffirms the need for a balanced system, where decent work and business development go hand in hand to consolidate the future of the province.

Its inclusion implies benefits of great importance:
