CoHub meeting on competitiveness and business strategy at AIM Rosario
The Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of Rosario (AIM) hosted a new meeting promoted by the CoHub group, in which businessmen from different sectors participated in a talk by Eduardo Verdiell, an industrial engineer from the University of Buenos Aires, focused on competitiveness and growth in the current economic context.
The activity generated a space for reflection and analysis on the challenges that industrial companies face today, focusing on the need to strengthen a strategic perspective in the face of increasingly demanding and dynamic scenarios. During the exhibition, concepts linked to strategic thinking and tools that allow a better understanding of the present to make business decisions with greater clarity were addressed.
In this framework, Verdiell stated that the ability to compete todayIt depends, to a large extent, on building a clear position in the market, defining a concrete value proposition and developing differential capabilities that allow companies to stand out in an increasingly challenging environment.
Likewise, the role of curiosity, creativity and permanent reading of the environment was highlighted as fundamental elements to detect opportunities, anticipate threats and find new forms of growth, even in the face of a scenario characterized by greater import pressure and the appearance of new competitors.
During the meeting, the importance of sharing experiences with entrepreneurs from different fields was also highlighted to get out of the daily logic of each activity, broaden the vision and generate new ideas from different perspectives.
