Undergraduate Diploma in Operational Management of small and medium -sized industrial companies
Small and medium enterprises, main employment generators and added value in our country, are fundamental actors in the economy and development of Argentina, and constitute guarantors of social and economic balance. However, due to its size and difficulty in access to different resources, they face problems that must be addressed.
For this reason, the objective of the following diploma is that the management and management cadres can recognize and address the following issues: the difficulties presented in the internal and external markets; the lack of access to information on financial and credit tools; delay in replacement and full use of new technologies that favor efficiency; the low level of professionalization; and the limited access to adequate professional advice.
Many of the problems that affectSMEs are currently related to the lack of management capacity, their limitations in commercial development and difficulty in access to financing, which generates a circle that prevents its growth, making the formation of responsible areas fundamental.
