As a first step, digital categorization can be carried out, to classify the activity according to

Its environmental impact according to the 4 categories named above.

● Exempted activities: They do not require submission, but they must be registered as

● Category 1 (low impact): Requires a statement of environmental commitment (DCA)

● Category 2 (Medium Impact): You must make an environmental compliance report (IAC)

and an Environmental Management Plan (PGA)

● Category 3 (high impact): Like category 2, but also requires a permanent environmental technical manager.
