We share the following news regarding labor regulations:
- Decree 323/21: REPRO II- Exemption of employer contributions to SIPA for employers in critical sectors
Through this Decree, a 100% reduction of employer contributions to the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA) was established for employers who access the benefit granted by the Repro II Program created by the Ministry's Resolution. of Labor 938/20 and that fall within the critical sectors established in the Annex of the aforementioned resolution, with respect to each active employment relationship.
The reduction of established employer contributionswill be applied in the monthly period immediately following the period of accrual of the salaries whose payment assistance is requested by the employer from the Repro II Program
The benefit granted will be compensated with resources from the National Treasury in order not to affect the financing of social security or the calculation of pension mobility established in the regulations.
The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security and the Federal Administration of Public Revenues, AFIP, will dictate the complementary, clarifying and operational rules for the effective application of the provisions of this decree.
The provisions will come into effect from May 1 for the benefits provided in the Repro II Program corresponding to salaries earned in the month of April 2021.
- Resolutionon 5/2021- Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wage
It was established for all workers included in the Employment Contract Regime, a Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wage excluding family allowances in the following amounts:
As of April 1, 2021, $23,544 and $117.72 per hour for paid staff.
As of May 1, 2021, $24,408 and $122.04 per hour for daily workers
As of June 1, 2021, at $25,272 and $126.36 per hour for daily staff
As of July 1 at $25,920 and $129.60 per hour for daily staff
As of September 1, 2021 at $27,000 and $135.00 per hour for daily staff
As of November 1st at $28,080 and $140.40 per hour for daily wage staffado
As of February 1, 2022 at $29,160 and $145.80 per hour for daily staff.
