ART. 46º: The Assemblies will be held validly regardless of thee the number of active members present one hour after that indicated in the call, if half plus one of all active members with the right to vote had not already met. Resolutions will be taken by the vote of the simple majority of members present, unless this statute provides for a higher majority. The assemblies may go to an intermission and continue on the day and time that they themselves set, without the need for a new summons or to comply with any other requirement. There will be a quorum with whatever number of associates attend. The affiliation of the Civil Association to another higher-level association or its connection with other entities must always be resolved by the Assembly, with a majority of two-thirds of the votes present.
