We share this information and these recommendations about the dengue outbreak that has its epicenter in our region, with the aim of contributing to security and the well-being of our collaborators.
According to the Ministry of Health of the province of Santa Fe, as of March 2024, 67.5% of total cases are concentrated in the Rosario Department.
As prevention measures, we recommend that each company:
Carry out the corresponding fumigations.
Eliminate all unused containers that can accumulate water (such as cans, bottles, tires).
Turn over objects that are outside and can accumulate water
Keep outdoor spaces clean, tidy and weeded.
Clean gutters and rain drains dand the roofs.
Cover tanks and containers used to collect water.
Place mosquito nets in openings that allow it.
Use environmental repellents such as tablets and spirals.
We also encourage employees to wear long-sleeved clothing and repellents on their skin.
In addition to these measures, the Ministry of Health has sent to the Secretariat of Industrial Development, dependent on the Ministry of Productive Development, a note that includes information, prevention strategy and criteria to follow in the event of suspected or confirmed cases.< /p>
We attach that note here so that they take it into consideration and can take the corresponding measures.
