Aim Rosario requested that the employer be recognized in the reform of the Constitution of Santa Fe
The proposal has as its central axis the express recognition of the role of business as a job generator and engine of economic development in the province.
From AIM it was noted that all rights and guarantees granted to workers must be accompanied by adequate protection to the employer, without which these rights could lose effectiveness. "In our system, if there is no employer entrepreneur, there are no workers," says the document elevated to the conventional ones, underlining the need for a balanced vision that promotes both employment and formal productive activity.
In particular, a writing was proposed for theArticle 20 that reinforces this look: “The province, in the sphere of its powers, protects work in all its forms and applications and, in particular, ensures the enjoyment of the rights that the Constitution and the national laws recognize the worker and the decent employment giver. Regulates…”
In addition, the importance of decent work, collective bargaining, union jurisdiction and institutionalized social dialogue was recognized, but the need to establish mechanisms that balance these rights with the sustainability of employment and efficient management of human resources was also raised.
With this contribution, Aim Rosario reaffirms its commitment to the defense of the Santa Fe industry and its key role in the construction of a fair, inclusive and productive labor system.
