I.- ASIMRA-ADIMRA SALARY AGREEMENT- SALARY SCALES-APPROVAL
On 05/27/21 by Resolution 2021/ 647 – APNST of the Ministry of Labor of the Nation, the Salary Agreement signed on 05/12/21 between ADIMRA and the union of Supervisors of the Metallurgical Industry was approved – ASIMRA.

II.- NEW EXTENSION OF THE PROHIBITION OF DISMISSALS WITHOUT CAUSE- DECREE Nº 345/21.- COMMENTS
Through this standard, published in the B.O.R.A. dated 05/28/21, The National Executive Branch decided to extend until June 30 of this year the prohibition of dismissals without just cause and for the causeslack or reduction of work and force majeure.
The measure includes the prohibition of suspensions for the same reasons, excepting those carried out under the terms of article 223 bis of the employment contract law.
The dismissals and suspensions that are ordered in violation of the measure will not produce any effect, and the existing labor relations and their current conditions will remain in force.
It is noteworthy that the prohibitions will NOT be applicable to contracts concluded after the entry into force of Decree 34/2019 - that is, on December 13, 2019 - nor to the National Public Sector defined in article 8 of Law 24,156
Those who are included in the legal work regime for personnel in the manufacturing industry are also exempt from the prohibitions.construction of Law 22,250.
COMMENTS: Employers are reminded that, as a result of the prohibition, the worker who is dismissed without cause may eventually challenge the dismissal in court, requesting its annulment, with the consequent “reinstatement” in the job. and continuity of the employment contract, with the right to remuneration.
Now, in the case in which the worker in question simply receives the compensation derived from his uncaused dismissal, it must be kept in mind that decree 39/2021 extended the public emergency until December 31 of this year. occupational matter declared by Decree 34/2019 and, with it, the double compensation for dismissals without just cause (double compensation that is currently moderated in its amount, since it may not exceed the sum of $500,000)
III.- JOB RISKS – SRT RESOLUTION 30/21
We remember that Resolution S.R.T. No. 29 dated March 21, 2020, the obligation was imposed on employers to display in their establishments the digital information poster model on specific prevention measures regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus, provided by the A.R.T.
Through this new Resolution of the Superintendency of Occupational Risks DEL 05/22/21, and based on scientific evidence and the new recommendations of specialized national and international organizations, the recommendations and prevention measures in work environments are updated of COVID 19. The Occupational Risk Insurers (A.R.T.) must implement, through computer tools, the relevant means to disseminate and
notify employers of new measures in fordigital format, within a period that may not exceed 15 calendar days from May 27.

IV.- MINIMUM VITAL AND MOBILE WAGE- CLARIFICATIONS AND NEW AMOUNTS: RES. 5/21 MTSS
On May 6, 2021, the reference standard was published in the Official Gazette, through which clarifications are established to the increases in the minimum, vital and mobile salary provided for by Resolution No. 4/2021, in seven stages, namely:
a) As of 04/01/2021:
Monthly workers: the amount will be $23,544.00
Daily workers: (hourly value) will be $117.72
b) As of 05/01/2021: These amounts will be $24,408.00 and $122.04, respectively
c) As of 06/01/2021: These amounts will be $25,272.00 and $126.36, respectively
d) As of 07/01/2021: These amounts will be $25,920.00 and $129.60, respectively
e)As of 09/01/2021: These amounts will be $27,000.00 and $135.00, respectively
f) As of 11/01/2021: These amounts will be $28,080.00 and $140.40, respectively
g) As of 02/01/2022: These amounts will be $29,160.00 and $145.8, respectively
