ADIMRA-ASIMRA SUSPENSION EXTENSION AGREEMENT

Dear Industrialists,

We share the following information linked to the ADIMRA-ASIMRA Suspension Extension Agreement. On June 28, we signed with the Association of Supervisors of the Metalworking Industry of the Argentine Republic (ASIMRA) the Agreement for the Extension of Suspensions within the framework of Art 223 bis of the LCT for a new period of six (6) months computable from the July 1 until December 31, 2021, it was agreed under the same terms as those previously agreed upon.

We remind companies that for their application they must first comply with the adhesion procedure, once the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security issues the corresponding resolution.
