4th Module of the Business Training Program

Registration is open for the 4th module of the Business Training Program which is taught at AIM Rosario.

The Program is aimed at company owners, managers and middle managers, and is run by the RRHH en Red Foundation.

Module 4 is about “Problem Solving / Decision Making”.

It is taught on Tuesday, July 25 and August 1 from 4 to 7 p.m.. at the AIM headquarters (Spain 744 in the city of Rosario).

Agenda:

• Overview of the troubleshooting process.
• Critical factors in decision making: time, risk, impact and knowledge.
• Breaking the status quo and identifying opportunityimprovement.
• Formulation of problems with facts and data.
• Obtaining and analyzing relevant information.
• Objective evaluation of alternatives.
• Preparation and communication of improvement plans (6W + 2H).
• Decision making and implementation under pressure and ambiguity.
• Techniques to standardize the solution or improvement achieved.
