2nd Module of the Business Training Program

Registration is open for the 2nd module of the Business Training Program taught at AIM Rosario.

The Program is aimed at company owners, managers and middle managers, and is run by the RRHH en Red Foundation.

Module 2 is about “Quality Control Management”

It is taught on Tuesday, May 23 and 30, from 4 to 7 p.m.. at the AIM headquarters (Spain 744 in the city of Rosario).

• Definition of quality, notions of design quality and product quality.
• Principles of Quality Management.
• Quality Control.
• Statistical Process Control.
• Frequently used terms, characteristic, variable, attribute, unity, lot, sample, defect, etc.
• Concept of specifications and standards.
• Notion of Tolerances.
• Command Dashboard and Management Indicators.
• Quality programs (actions).
• Results, Analysis, Decision Making and Problem Resolution.
• Internal audit planning.
