The proposal is aimed at middle management of industrial SMEs, with the aim of strengthening management and organization tools in production processes.

The diploma has certification from the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (CEI) of the UNR.

FOUNDATION

According to a 2023 report from the Ministry of Industry and Productive Development of theMinistry of Economy of the Nation in the first half of that year, SMEs represented 99.4% of all companies in the country and employed 64% of registered employees. In that same period, MSMEs created 140,000 jobs. The relevance of SMEs for the development of the Argentine economy is undisputed. 

OBJECTIVES

● Develop specific skills for the management of Small and Medium Industrial Enterprises.

● Generate a space for exchange between middle managers of different companies that aims to discuss and problematize the specific management of Industrial SMEs in the region.

● Incorporate management methodologies and tools aimed at making management more efficient.

● Develop skills to promote the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses inindustrial areas of the region.

● Raise awareness about the importance of generating sustainable links with the regional scientific-technological system.
