FUNDAMENTACIÓN

Small and Medium Enterprises are the main generators of employment and added value in our country. They are fundamental actors in the economy and development of Argentina and are guarantors of social and economic balance.

SMEs, due to their size and the difficulty in accessing different resources, present problems that are specific to them, such as: the difficulty of serving the internal and external markets at the same time.or and balance the cycles of both, the lack of access to information about financial and credit tools, the delay in the replacement and full use of new technologies that help efficiency, the low level of professionalization and little access to adequate professional advice.

Many of the problems that affect SMEs are related to their lack of management capacity, their limitations in commercial development and the difficulty in accessing financing, which generates a circle that prevents their growth. To address these particular problems, the training of its leadership and management teams is essential.

OBJECTIVES

● Develop skills based on theoretical frameworks in different topics related to the company's leadership and management processes.

● Generate a space for reflection on the specific management and direction problems of Industrial SMEs in the region.

● Incorporate management techniques and technologies and develop skills to promote the competitiveness of small and medium-sized industrial companies in the region. ● Provide the entrepreneur and senior management of SMEs with knowledge and business management tools to promote a culture of innovation in the company.

● Raise awareness about the importance of generating sustainable links with the regional scientific-technological system.

● Promote the perspective of gender equality in local productive sector organizations.

The diploma has certification from the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (CEI) of the UNR.
