Module 1: “Leadership, motivation and empowerment”
The 2024 edition of the Business Training Program provided by AIM Rosario, led by the RRHH en Red Foundation, begins.
The module 1 will be taught on April 23 and 30, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the headquarters of our entity: España 744, Rosario. p>
The agenda is as follows:
Emotional intelligence in people management. Why motivate your work team? Why are people motivated?
Strengths and weaknesses of my team.
Leader behaviors that motivate. The coach leader. How to retain talent. Job enrichment techniques. Involve your team in decision making. Self-directed teams and empowerment. Appreciate the effort. Effective recognition. Motivation and remuneration.
Evaluationn and control of team productivity. Delegation: achieving results and increasing the ability to achieve them in the future.
