THE ROSARIO REGIONAL FORUM DEBATES THE ART LAW WITH ROBERTO SUKERMAN
The Rosario Regional Forum organizes a new meeting via Zoom: "Official draft law regulation of occupational risk", with Roberto Sukerman, Minister of Labor of Santa Fe as speaker. It will be held on Monday, June 22, at 9 hs, with prior registration.
The entity calls on all those interested in knowing details about the different aspects of the Bill of accession to National Law No. 27,348 known as the ART Law, which will be discussed in the Chamber of Senators.
At the meeting, the Forum will discuss the regulation of one of the points of the National Law, through which the labor procedure is modified and introduces, among the powers of the jurisdiction, the review of medical decisions . This aspect is what worries the business sectorsrios since it results in higher costs in terms of Work Risk Insurance Companies (ART), in addition to continuing to validate the “trial industry” in the province of Santa Fe.
