AIM Rosario and the RRHH en Red Foundation present a new edition of the BUSINESS TRAINING PROGRAM.
This Business Training Program seeks to provide theoretical and practical tools applicable to various areas and levels within the organizations that make up the Industrial Association of Metallurgists of Rosario (AIM). Therefore, within the topics to be worked on, the following can be listed: Leadership Skills, Management, Production and Stock Control System, among others.
Program Objectives:
· Develop a space for exchanging knowledge and experiences to update, inspire and enhance the management of the Leaders of the participating companies.
· Capacityar to all those Professionals in topics that are essential to develop and implement new projects and business ideas.
· Develop skills and good practices at different levels and areas of your company.
Recipients:
Businessmen, directors of family businesses, entrepreneurs, managers and leaders of organizations, heads of Human Resources, supervisors, graduates of related careers, and other professionals who are holding executive or consulting positions in companies and public or private institutions , who wish to expand their work horizon.

Module 2 - “Personnel Performance Management System” - Tuesday, May 21 and 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. Definition and Purpose of Performance Evaluation. Design of an evaluation system: what is evaluated, evaluated and evaluators, periodicity of the evaluation. Rewards and Punishments according to the type of organization in which it is implemented. Module 4 -“Production Planning and Control” – Tuesday, July 23 and 30, 16 to 7 p.m. PLANNING: General concepts of production planning. Objectives and advantages of its implementation. Production control, concepts, objectives and advantages. Indicators and control board. Compliance with the delivery deadline as an added value. Master production plan, concepts and objectives. Manufacturing processes. SCHEDULING: Production scheduling. clasification of production processes. Management method by Restrictions. Methodology. Constraint-based programming. DBR method.
Module 5 - “Stock Planning and Management” - Tuesday, August 20 and 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. Stock management. Goals. Basic concepts. Definitions. Sawtooth diagrams.
