Opening of the AIM training cycle: “Effective Leadership”

On Wednesday, March 27, the opening of the 2019 AIM training cycle was held at the AIM Rosario headquarters. With a full room, the head of the area, Eng. Belén Collazuol, commented to reporters from AIM Rosario: “Today we are opening the 2019 cycle of AIM and we start with this topic that is so important in companies, which is having effective leadership. in them. How can I exercise leadership in the company and with the collaborators and work teams to achieve greater effectiveness in the company. We are also going to touch on, among other topics, different types of leadership, building trust and basic strategies for forming work teams. Leadership skills have to be applied in all areas.”
