For two intense days, the young industrialists toured important companies in the region, shared instances of institutional link with authorities of the Argentine Industrial Union and the Grande North, and reflected on common challenges of the Argentine productive framework.

These experiences allowed to know diverse productive models, from traditional industries to technological advances, evidencing both the short -term challenges and development opportunities.

In addition to the industrial route, networking instances were carried out with authorities of the UIA and the industrial unions of the North Grande. The cocktrol in Tecpetrol and lunch in Ceramica Alberdi were key scenarios to promote federal and intergenerational dialogue.
During the event, the "forUntilled " of the UIA, aimed at adapting the curriculum of technical schools to the specific needs of the companies. It already has pilot experiences in Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Chubut, and Aim Rosario was invited to join the agreement that Adimra and Fisfe already signed.
In the closing speech, Martín Rappallini proposed to institutionalize a dialogue table between UIA and young industrial authorities , seeking to strengthen the articulation between generations.
