ADIMRA - ASIMRA Agreement: July - October 2024

Dear Industrial:

We inform you that on August 9, our Entity and the rest of the Metallurgical Chambers signed a Salary Agreement with ASIMRA for the July/October 2024 quarter.

The most relevant aspects of the Agreement are the following:

- Increase in the basic agreement:

• 3.5% from July 1st on the current basic ratesto July 1, 2024.
• 3.5% from August 1 on the basics as of July 31, 2024.
• 2.5% from September 1 on the basics as of August 31, 2024.
• 2.5% from October 1 on the basics as of September 30, 2024.

- Retroactive payment date:

It is established that the retroactive payment corresponding to the month of July 2024 will be paid with the salaries corresponding to the month of August, as long as the agreement has been approved.

This agreement is pending approval.
