We inform you that ADIMRA and other metallurgical chambers signed a salary agreement with UOMRA valid 11/1/24 – 3/31/25 according to the following detail:
Increase in basic salaries:
• as of 1/11/2024: 5.5% on basic salaries as of 10/31/24 - hourly value of the entering category of Branch 17: $3,196.52. (includes accumulated salary gap since 1/4/24).
• as of 1/12/24: 2% on basic salaries as of 11/30/24 - hourly value of the entering category of Branch 17: $3,260.45.
• as of 1/1/25: 1.8% on basic salaries as of 12/31/24 - hourly value of the entering category of Branch 17: $3,319.14.
• as of 1/2/25: 1.5% on basic salaries as of 1/31/25- hourly value of the entering category of Branch 17: $3,368.93.
• as of 1/3/25: 1% on basic salaries as of 2/28/25 - hourly value of the entering category of Branch 17: $3,402.61.
Increase Global Minimum Reference Income:
- as of 1/11/24: $767,854.
- as of 1/12/24: $ 783,211.
- as of 1/1/25: $797,309.
- as of 1/2/25: $809,268.
- as of 1/3/25: $817,361.
